Do you offer 24×7 support?
We offer support around the clock. Emergency issues are usually responded in less than 15 minutes. If your request is not an emergency we will respond as soon as possible, typically within one hour during business hours.
Do you have backups of my sites?
Dedicated Servers do not include backup space on our servers but you can buy space on our NAS or use your own Amazon S3 account for your server backups. In either case, we will be glad to setup the backups as required.
