Awful! No support, OLD RubyOnRails2004(?!!)

Hello, today is 2007 already, and you, guys, missed 3 versions upgrades already!
Documentation is nightmare -- nobody was able to install and run Ruby on Rails at all.
Probably, they hope you will use Perl/PHP or just stupid static pages without any dynamic programming.
Very sad and frustrating!
